Meeting.ie provides true enterprise level conference calling services with dedicated dial-in numbers, unlimited reservationless calling, cost-effective pay-as-you-go usage plans and crystal clear call quality – no matter how many people join. Each invited caller simply needs a telephone, VOIP connection or mobile phone to take part. Callers dial into a phone number, enter a PIN code and join the discussion. Meeting.ie’s conference call services are great for international businesses, too – we provide more than 90 numbers in 65 countries so that more of our customers benefit from lower cost local and national call-ins.

Standard Features:

  • Enterprise Call Conferencing: Up to 48 participants, coupled with a simple web interface to let you optionally mute specific callers for “listen in” calls where many can listen while just a few speak.
  • Recording and Playback: Record a call from start to finish, or turn recording on and off with the touch of a button on your keypad. Review your recorded call, and even skip ahead to a certain point in the call.
  • Volume Control: Level audio volume for each line dialed into conference when one or more caller’s volume is too high or too low.
  • Lecture mode: Mute all other users and allows the host to speak without interruption. This function is especially useful if there is background noise coming from one or more of the guests.
  • Mute: This function can be used at anytime time by any user. This function will only mute your own line. This is very important when calling in from a mobile phone or where you might have a lot of background noise on your line.
  • Role Call: Get an automated count of how many callers are in conference and optionally say the name of each user dialled into conference so you know who’s missing.

Meeting.ie can also add custom features to your package, like the ability to greet callers with a customised welcome message when they dial into your dedicated conference call number, custom printed wallet cards to and even a sophisticated API for generating PIN codes and account management for your staff.
